A career at Williams and Griffin

Williams and Griffin is part of Fenwick. Recruitment at Williams and Griffin is carried out locally and we are always interested to hear from great people who would like to come and work in the store.

Most frequently, opportunities will arise for Sales Advisors to join one of our customer facing teams. Occasionally other positions will become available in Management, Buying, Administration, Marketing/Visual Merchandising and Warehousing.

Mens Formal Wear - Part Time Sales Advisor
~ 23.25 hours per week
~ Over 3 full days, including weekends
~ Must be completely flexible regarding hours and days
~ Exceptional customer service and selling skills are essential
~ Knowledge of Mens suiting would be an advantage

Cosmetics - Weekend Sales Advisor
~ 6.25 hours per week
~ To work on Saturdays or Sundays, however flexibility during the week may be required

Concession Vacancies

Jane Shilton - Assistant Manager
~ Working 28.5 hours per week
~ Must be completely flexible regarding hours and days
~ Retail management experience is preferred but not essential
Requirements:
~ To deliver excellent customer service at all times
~ To enhance the reputation of the Jane Shilton brand with both customers and host stores
~ Ensure that every effort is made to satisfy the Customers’ requirements throughout their visit to the department
~ The Assistant Manager should motivate the team and support the efforts made by the Manager
~ Should set goals and objectives in order to maintain interest and loyalty in the company
~ Must ensure that each team member has relevant customer service skills and is dedicated to providing the very best in Customer Care
~ Provide guidance and training within the team to maximise selling skills and product knowledge using all tools available
~ The Assistant Manager should ensure all team members are aware of best sellers and targets in order to maximise opportunities and sales
~ To follow Visual Merchandising guidelines set by Head Office and the Manager to ensure that stock is laid out and presented to its full potential
~ Ensure that housekeeping is kept to a very high standard. This includes display areas, windows and well-organised and tidy stockrooms
~ Must maintain a high standard of personal appearance

Guerlain - Account Manager
Guerlain is famous for bringing beauty and luxury to make-up and fragrance. In 1828, Pierre-Francoise-Pascal Guerlain opened his first boutique in Paris. Since then, the Guerlain name has been synonymous with objects of beauty, originality and passion. You will be developing and promoting Guerlain as it is still a new brand within Williams & Griffin.
~ Working 30 hours over 5 flexible days
~ Our plan is to build and develop the business to reach its full potential
Main Responsibilities:
~ Managing and developing the account effectively to achieve sales targets
~ Merchandising and ordering of stock
~ Creating ideas and organising events to promote the brand
~ Previous experience as an Account Manager in beauty retailing is required
~ Must have strong customer service and selling experience
~ Must be brand and target driven

Sisley - Full Time Counter Manager

~ A passion for beauty and the ability to deliver exemplary customer service is essential
