Buyer - Menswear~ Full Time
We have a rare opportunity for a Buyer to head up the Menswear Department based in our department store in Colchester. The role involves taking full responsibility for buying Men’s Fashion and Men’s Accessories. This opening comes at a time when the store has ambitious plans for re-development and expansion and the successful candidate will join at the very start of this.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well established department and develop an exciting and commercial range that meets the needs of our customers and achieves financial targets. Candidates must be at Buyer level already, with a background of achievement in Fashion, ideally Men’s Fashion
Successful applicants will possess:
~ A proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets
~ Effective negotiation and commercial skills
~ Creativity, trend awareness and passion for the fashion industry
~ The interpersonal and people management skills needed to lead and motivate an effective sales team

Triumph - Full Time Consultant
~ 39 hours per week to include weekends, with one weekend off in every four
~ Working as part of the Lingerie and Fashion team, your role will be to focus on the sale of our Triumph range
~ Previous retail selling experience is preferred, but most importantly you must be comfortable offering a personal service and selling one on one
~ Product and fitting training will be provided
~ Salary includes a commission based on achieving targets
Menswear - Sales Advisor
~ 22 hours per week
~ The successful candidate will be required to work over 4 flexible days, to include every Saturday and Sunday
~ Previous experience in a retail environment would be desirable, excellent customer service skills are essential

Kurt Geiger - Concession Manager~ 39 hours per week
~ The successful candidate will be required to work over 5 flexible days
~ As an ambassador of the Kurt Geiger brand, you will maximise sales and profit through the effective management of people, service, visual merchandising and overall store operation
~ You will provide a seamless service to our customers by championing the Kurt Geiger multi-channel retail offer
~ You will be responsible for the Ladies and Mens concessions within Williams & Griffin
