Williams & Griffin is committed to providing an enjoyable and stress-free shopping experience for all our customers.

There are automatic doors at the front of the store and disabled parking spaces on the High Street. There is also a disabled facility on the revolving door in the toy department which is one entrance from the NCP car park behind the store. Alternative access to the car park is via the walkway at the side of the store. This leads to the top floor of the car park.

Inside the store, there is a lift to provide easy access to most departments. There is a disabled lift between the ground floor (next to hosiery department) and mezzanine floor (Jane Shilton department). There is a ramp between the toy department and Quest.

We also have a wheelchair for use within the store.

The disabled toilet is situated on the top floor by the restaurant next to the lift.
