- What is Williams & Griffin’s refund policy?
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on goods purchased from Williams and Griffin, as long as the following conditions apply:-
• Full price goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase, reduced goods within 8 days.
• The goods must be unused and in saleable condition.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
• All original labels must be attached and packaging returned.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on Cosmetics, Duvets, Pillows, Hosiery, Pierced Jewellery or Personal grooming Products.
REFUNDS WILL BE MADE USING THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT AS THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION

- Do you offer free delivery?
Williams & Griffin's fleet of vehicles deliver any item that is £30 or more free of charge within a radius of 30 miles of the store in Colchester town centre. Any item under £30 there is a delivery charge of £3.
- When do you go into sale?
We have 2 sales a year. To be informed nearer the time, please sign up to our email newsletter updates.
- Can you add me to your mailing list?
Yes, we send out a Christmas brochure, home event and fashion brochures as well as invites for our preview shopping evenings. Our restaurant is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 9am - 5pm, Friday & Saturday - 9am - 5.30pm and Sunday - 10.30am - 4pm our top floor restaurant has fantastic panoramic views of Colchester and offers a fantastic choice of foods and drinks. We offer seasonal specials, daily carvery meals, hot drinks and afternoon tea, salads and snacks. We also have a Caffé Nero on the Ground floor.
- Can I buy gift cards?
Yes, these can be spent on anything throughout the store. Gift cards can be purchased at any till point in the store or online click here
- Do you offer baby changing facilities at Williams & Griffin?
We pride ourselves on our facilities for babies and children and continue to support breastfeeding mums. We do not discourage mums from breastfeeding their babies anywhere in the store. Our facilities include: baby changing room (top floor) and bottle warming facilities and use of bibs, wipes and bowls.
